I would say ABC Family is best because that is their identifier. ABC is the acronym and family would be a poper noun when placed by ABC.

ABC, because at least they don't lie and say it's "Family" entertainment. Really? I don't know anyone that should watch Pretty Little Liars or Degrassi.

One word: Castle.

All right, I'll add a few more words. ABC Family seems to be a CW-wannabe, and the shows that are actually "family-oriented" seem to be either reruns or suffering from too much Hallmark-movie-like cuteness.

ABC is doing a great job of finding unique shows that have a broad appeal (to get good ratings) yet feel distinct and fresh. Take Once Upon a Time, for instance - a delightful mix of Disney fairy tales, a small town full of quirky characters, one woman's search for a place to belong, and a frozen-in-time/amnesia curse that ties everything together.
