Few nodular opacities in the lung I just did route medical check up . my x-ray show a few nodular opacities in the left upper lung . what does this mean? will be serious? i am very worried. any suggestion. thanks

There are a lot of possibilities. Cancer, tuberculosis, pneumonia, vascular problems, autoimmune diseases. Some are very serious and others less so. I wouldn't get too crazy until the doctor has had a very good look at you and performed other tests, such as looking at your blood for cancer protein markers.
Rely on your doctor, not the internet.
