So far, there is no permanent solution for hereditary hair loss. The only thing that can give you a lasting solution to some degree is a hair restoration or transplantation procedure. From what I have heard, the transplanted hair follicles are somewhat permanent and hair can naturally regrow if they are shed. But the procedure is quite expensive. Then there is the scalp reduction surgery where the sections of the scalp that are bald are removed and the area that has hair is stretched and sewn together to fill in the bald spots.
There is no clinically proven natural cure for hereditary hair loss. Some doctors might prescribe you with vitamin or mineral supplements or laser combs. But the majority of dermatologists will not recommend using natural curs. The only drug that works to some effect is Propecia or Rogaine.
You should check with your doctor to know your treatment options.

The not so good news for hereditary hair loss is not avoidable.
The good news are that there are many remedies but the only natural way that has not proven but worth trying are;
1) Change your diet, eat less oily food high in fiber
2) Change your lifestyle, sleep before 11pm daily
3) Change your shampoo to a 100% natural herbal based solution
4) Exercise to destress and detox
5) Apply hair tonic to scalp to condition and strengthen the hair follicles
Hopefully the above will delay the hair loss process if not deter the complete hair loss.
Good Luck!
